Tips on How to Be A Very Good Reporter in Class

On Preparing your report
1.First,know what your report is,what is this all about so that you have an idea.
2.Search- of course you have to search it for better understanding and for better idea about it.Search everything about it,everything that has a connect on it
note:ask your professor for references,it will help you on searching,and it would be very easy for you.
3.Study and understand your report - of course you need to study and understand you what you are reporting.The audience or your classmates will not understand your report,if you yourself don't understand it.
You must understand it well and study it.
4.Learn from your report - if you are the reporter.you should understand your report.
The audience will not learn from your report if you,yourself didn't learn from it.

On doing your Visual A
1.Write only the important,again the IMPORTANT.Drop the not so important.
2.As much as possible make it SHORT.The audience will be bore if it so many and long.
3.Don't write the explanation.
4.It should be neat,understandable and readable.
5.Be creative on your visual A so that you would catch the attention of your audience.


On the time of your report
1.Be confident.Stand up,chin up and face your audience.Don't back at them.Face them.Look at their eyes so that you could catch their attention.
2.Make your voice LOUD,as in LOUD,SLOW, and CLEAR so that they could understand what your saying.
3.Greet the audience and your professor.
4.Don't read your report as much as possible memorize it of have a piece of paper in case you forget.
5.Explain it well,use words that they can understand.
6.Share some trivia about your report.
7.When your report end, ask if they have some question if none say thank you for listening.
